Bosnian-born Mirsada Dragonjic has been preparing large meals for as long as she can remember. For nine years she immersed herself in Italy's rich gastronomic culture from the north to the south. Added to her experience in the kitchen, Mirsada had the privilege to live amongst world-famous producers of Parmiggiano and prosciutto di Parma in the northern region of Lombardia. However, it was her life in Monalcino on an organic farm in the heart of Tuscany where her love and appreciation for traditional Italian foods became a true passion. Today, Mirsada brings a rare touch of authenticity to her dishes inspired from her life in the Italian towns and villages that created them.
